Make your dream come true. Studying in America is easier than it looks.

Your sport can get you where your grades alone wouldn't. That's how we got to Harvard, without an agency or connections: one of us from Czechia, two from Italy. We'll show you how a coach finds you, what it costs and when to take the test. Send your numbers and in 48 hours you'll know where you stand.

What's waiting for you

You don't have to choose between sport and school.

It isn't extra grind. It's a door.

  • Sport and school aren't in conflict

At home you pick one at eighteen — either the training session or the lecture. Over there the training is part of the timetable, not the thing you do after it.

  • A degree that still counts afterwards

The career after rowing is longer than the career in rowing. This is the one part an injury can't take away from you.

  • The money works backwards

The best schools don't hand it out on performance. They hand it out on family income.

  • Life at the boathouse

TO ADD — a concrete picture, not a general claim. Who sits in the boat, where they're from, what a morning before training actually looks like.

Myths about America

Sentences we hear over and over.

DRAFT — the answers are cut to one or two sentences from the original texts (the full versions are still in the files). Myths 7 and 8 are my wording. Myth 2: add source and date, aid policy changes.

We weren't stars. We were average.

We row at Harvard — one of us from Czechia, two from Italy. We got there without an agency and without connections. Now we show the way to others, each in our own language.

In America every club coach and every older teammate knows how you get onto a college team. A kid from Boston gets that information at fifteen without asking for it.

The difference between the two of you isn't the erg time. It's that somebody told him.

PHOTO 6 — all three founders together — at the boathouse or by the boat.Who: Martin and both Italians. Landscape, 3 : 2. Only after both have agreed.

Martin

Czechia · rower, Harvard

Not out of modesty. Literally: average grades, average times, and nobody around us who had done it before.

At sixteen I knew nothing about studying in America. Nobody told me — not my coach, not my school, not at home. They didn't know either.

My SAT was 1410. Good. Not exceptional. Next to the people I sit in a boat with today, that's the bottom half.

PHOTO 7 — TO ADD — photo of the school report, unretouched, including the bad mark. Plus the real grades. Without the photo this block means nothing.Whose: Martin’s school report, the whole page. Portrait, 3 : 4, so the marks can be read.

What I did differently

Nothing miraculous. What opened the door for me wasn’t an e-mail to a coach, an agency or connections, but a number that was visible somewhere: results from international races and my erg time. The coaches got in touch first and set up a call straight away. Where they hadn’t found me, I filled in the form on their website.

Marco

Italy · rower, Harvard

Luca and I are twins. We started rowing in Italy, and now we both row at Harvard, class of 2028.

One of us could barely speak English on the first call with the coach. I’m not saying which. It worked out anyway — what counted was the time, not the grammar.

We never took the SAT: we got in during the last year Harvard didn’t require it. That door is closed now. So my first piece of advice: plan for the test.

Luca

Italy · rower, Harvard

Marco’s twin. The same boathouse back home in Italy, the same boathouse now at Harvard.

Nobody at home knew anything about American rowing — not the coach, not the school, not our parents. We pieced it all together ourselves, from the internet, in an English we were still catching up on.

I know what it looks like from far away: no contacts, everything by e-mail and a six-hour time difference. Ask me about that one.

What we'll do for you

We're not an agency and we won't do it for you. The training, the studying and the contact with the coaches are yours to do.

What we can do is tell you where you stand on both, and what is worth doing now. We've been through it and we know where it breaks.

  1. You send us the numbers

Age, sport, result now and a year ago, grades, English, when you want to start. Five minutes.

  2. You get one page back

Half about the sport, half about school. Where you are, where it's heading, what you're missing and how long it realistically takes. Written down, so you can show it at home. Within 48 hours.

  3. If it makes sense, we get in touch

Not with everyone. If we don't see it, we'll tell you straight — that's an answer too, and it saves you a year.

  4. A short free call

If you want, we go through it together. 15 minutes on video, free — ask anything the page didn't answer. Under 18? We need a parent’s consent for the call.

DECIDE — a cap. “I take five audits a week” protects the 48-hour promise and is itself proof that this isn't an agency.

Sport and school. Both at once, not one after the other.

This is the one page from step 2: half about sport, half about school.

Sport

Where you are against the people that programme actually takes. What is realistic in a year. How to turn it into something a coach has a reason to read.

PHOTO 8 — training: the boat or the erg, phone photo.Who: one of us training. Landscape, 4 : 3.

School

What number you come out with, and whether a coach gets through with it. When to start on the test so you don't have to come back to it. Which schools calculate money from family income and which don't.

PHOTO 9 — financial aid letter, personal details blacked out.Whose: a letter one of us received. Portrait, 4 : 5.

Not an athlete?

Send us your numbers anyway. The sport half drops out; the school half holds for everyone: grades, the test and the money. Sport is one door, not the only one.

Send the numbers

Your coach isn't the obstacle here.

We're not taking you away from him and we're not interfering with training. He just knows as little about the American system as you do — and if he wants, we'll explain it to him too.

Pricing

It starts free.

Everyone starts with a read of their numbers. We only talk money after that — and only if it makes sense.

Where to send it

For parents

Would you like to check it out first?

That's fair. We're not an agency and we guarantee you nothing — it cannot be guaranteed, and anyone who claims otherwise is lying. What we can do is tell you within 48 hours whether your child has a real chance. That information saves you a year even when the answer is no.

Frequently asked questions

DRAFT — I picked the questions; the answers are almost word for word sentences already on the page. Rewrite them and add what people really ask.
Are you an agency?

No. We don't write to coaches for you — you’re the one in touch with them, we tell you what and when.

Can you guarantee admission or a scholarship?

No. It can't be guaranteed — and anyone who claims otherwise is lying.

How much does it cost?

The read of your numbers is free, and so is the short call. We only talk money after that — and only if it makes sense.

How fast do you reply?

Within 48 hours you get one page back: half about sport, half about school.

Can you help with a sport other than rowing?

For now it's mainly rowing, because that's what we do ourselves. What we say about school, tests and money holds for every sport.

I don't do a sport. Is this for me?

Yes. Send us your numbers without the sport and you get the school half: grades, the test and the money. That part holds for everyone.

Do you teach the SAT?

No. We tell you when to take it and how many times.

I'm a parent. Can I get in touch myself?

Of course. Before you pay for anything, book 15 minutes with us.
